Jennifer Ann Aldworth, MHRD: Executive Director
Jenn joined our staff in March, 2007. In 1995, she graduated from the University of Connecticut, majoring in Sociology. Jenn completed her Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development at Clemson University, part of the first Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s cohort to complete this two and one-half year online program. Among her professional achievements and memberships are: Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s National Training Associate 1998-present, Academy of Boys & Girls Clubs Professionals 2001-present, Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s Northeast Diversity Committee 2004-present, Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s National Latino Professional Advisory Board 2006-present and Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s Northeast Professional of the Year 2006-present. |

 | Margie Granados: After School Program Director
Margie has been employed at the Club since the summer of 2002. In September of 2005 Margie was promoted to After School Program Director. Margie oversees our licensed after school program which facilitates enrichment activities for 60 school age children. Margie has completed coursework in Child Development from Regis College. |

 | Mario Pena: Program Director
Mario Pena joined our staff in June, 2007. In 2004, he graduated from Daniel Webster College with a degree in Sports Management. Mario grew up at the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Nashua and was selected as the state Youth of the Year in 2000. Since 2000, he has worked as a Boys & Girls Club Professional most recently as an Individual Service Director. Among his professional accomplishments, Mario was recognized by the Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s Professional Association, Yankee Chapter, by receiving a program award for managing the Los Amigos Conference on Higher Education. In 2005 he was also named Professional of the Year by the same association.
