Out of School Time Program Coordinator – The Program Coordinator is a leader and role model in the out of school time program. This position oversees one of two age groups including organizing schedules, classroom and behavior management, as well as maintaining day to day compliance as it relates to our licensing bodies. The program focuses on the areas of Academic Enrichment, Sports & Recreation, Arts, Health & Life Skills and Character & Leadership Development. This role combines a mix of administrative and hands-on work to ensure youth are thriving in our programs.
Clinician – The clinician is responsible for overseeing the socio-emotional policies, practices, programming, and well-being of the club members and staff. This position will Identify gaps in needs and provide training, consultation, and curriculum development to staff considering best practices in therapeutic and trauma-informed interventions. In addition, they will act as the liaison with families and community partners to support youth’s overall functioning. This role will provide referrals, resources, and crisis intervention when needed and participate in community partnerships and represent the Club as needed in community engagements.
Sports & Enrichment Specialist – The Sports & Enrichment Specialist is responsible for the growth and development of the Wellness program for youth of all ages (Elementary, Middle, and High School) at the Club. This role will implement practices to ensure physical, mental, and emotional safety in the program.
Deleted: Out of School Time Program Assistant – The Out of School Time Program Assistant assists in developing and implementing program activities for youth in 1st-5th grade. This includes homework assistance, recreational activities, leadership development, education, career development, health, life skills, the arts, and sports & fitness.
