- Erica YoungExecutive DirectorErica Young joined the Waltham Boys & Girls Club as Director of Operations in August 2012 and was promoted to Executive Director in December 2014. She has 20 years of youth development experience including time in the Peace Corps and with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Child Development Psychology and a Master’s degree in Marketing Communication both from Clark University. She is passionate about increasing access to out-of-school-time opportunities, building awareness for issues affecting youth and families, and social justice. eyoung@walthambgc.org
- Lisa LimoncielloLisa LimoncielloLisa joined the Waltham Boys & Girls Club in February of 2014 after spending 4 years as a Waltham School Committee Member and 20 years at TJX companies. In 2019, she was recognized by the Association of Boys & Girls Club Professionals Yankee Chapter with the Support Staff Professional of the Year award for her outstanding service to the profession and the youth we serve. Lisa brings her expertise in event planning, resource development and HR management. She says, “I am excited to be making an impact in the community I grew up in.” lisalimo@walthambgc.org
- Ashleigh St. PeterAshleigh St. PeterAshleigh is excited to be returning to the Boys & Girls Club! She comes to the Waltham Boys & Girls Club having previously been the Program and Aquatics Director at the Boys & Girls Club of Stoneham & Wakefield. Over the past 10 years, she has held various positions in youth development at other recreation and fitness organizations. Growing up, Ashleigh knew that she wanted to work with children which led her to a degree in Sports and Recreation Management from American International College. From there, she continued on to receive her Masters in Business Administration. Being part of her college softball team is something she is most proud of and where she learned the value of teamwork. She is very family oriented so in her spare time she likes to visit her four siblings and her eight nieces/nephews. - Caitlyn GarciaCaitlyn GarciaCaitlyn graduated from Lasell College in 2018 with a Bachelor’s of Art degree in Sports Communication with a minor in Event Management. During her time at Lasell, she completed two internships with the Waltham Recreation and the Cape Cod Baseball League. Caitlyn joined the team during her senior year where she was hired as the Gym Assistant. After graduation, she was hired as a Summer Camp Counselor and then was promoted to Social Recreation Coordinator. cgarcia@walthambgc.org
- Kendall GilliansKendall GilliansKendall Gillians joins the Waltham Boys & Girls Club team with several years of youth work and youth development experience. He started his youth work career through an Americorps program at UTEC in Lowell working with at risk young people ages 16-24 who were looking to gain their high school credentials, as well as re-enter the workforce. After serving his time in Americorps, Kendall moved on to become a Therapeutic Mentor where he worked individually with children dealing with behavioral and special needs. Kendall brings a strong passion for youth work to the team and is looking forward to helping our members become them best selves. kgillians@walthambgc.org
- Molly ParrottMolly ParrottMolly is a graduate of Lasell College with a Bachelor's degree in psychology and a minor in child and adolescent studies. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling in order to further serve youth. Molly started out at the Waltham Boys & Girls Club as an intern in the After School Program and Teen Center. After her internship, Molly joined the staff as Group Leader in the After School Program and Summer Camp Coordinator. In January 2020 she became the Site Coordinator of the After School Program. mparrott@walthambgc.org
- Anna SebunnyaAnna SebunnyaAnna is one of the many staff who is a Waltham Boys & Girls Club alum. As a Club member, she was involved in the Tiger Shark Swim Team and the teen leadership group, Keystone. Currently, she is our resident Americorps Massachusetts Promise Fellow and serves as our Education Coordinator. Before this role, Anna worked as a Camp Counselor over the summers and as a Group Leader for the After School Program. Along with working at the Club, Anna is also finishing her college degree. She is very excited to bring fun STEM programming to the Club through Robotics, App Lab, and Mad Science. In her free time, Anna likes to make crafts, film vlogs, and play around with editing programs like Adobe, Photoshop, and Indesign. She hopes to bring her outside interests to the Education program, Magazine Club, and her Fine Arts programs.
